The Crossville Blue Angles 14 and under team captured the ISA World Series played recently at Crossville Centennial Park.
"These girls worked hard this summer, and it has paid off. They ended the season with an ISA World Series Championship Trophy," said Coach Mary Beth Barnes. "Not only did the girls work hard, but due to the dead period, Danielle Lancianese coached the tournament by herself."
Tori Kerley earned Best Offensive Player honors, while the MVP was Brienna Qualls. Lancianese won a Best Coaching award.
