The Martin Eagles defeated the Pleasant Hill Hornets 44-6 in elementary junior varsity basketball action Monday night at Pleasant Hill.

Thomas Whited led Martin with 12 points.

"Everyone contributed tonight and I thought everyone played well. We did a very good job on defense and for the most part, ran our half court offense well. It was a total team effort," said Martin Coach Blaine Moore.

B. Cunningham, B. Myers and A. Brown each had two points for the Hornets.
