Stone Memorial High School seniors Dominic Canelles and Bethany Garrison are the school's 2019 Homecoming King and Queen. The pair, crowned Friday during Stone's homecoming matchup with Coalfield, were awarded the titles based on the amount of money raised by students, who cast their votes by putting their loose change into candidates' containers. Canelles raised $127.70 of the $298.53 raised by king candidates, and Garrison's total of $920.01 was part of the $1,527.70 raised by those running for queen. The grand total raised was $1,826.23, which will support the SMHS student body.
