The man accused of the February shooting death of his girlfriend in Fairfield Glade has been indicted by the Cumberland County Grand Jury on a first-degree premeditated murder charge.

The boundover indictment charges Matthew Bruce Howard, 39, of shooting to death his girlfriend, Tara Leanne Burnett, 33, on Feb. 16 at the Kingsdown Dr. home the two shared.

Emergency personnel were notified around 3 a.m. on that date from a man who identified himself as Howard who told the E-911 operator he had shot his girlfriend. When Fairfield Glade Public Safety and Cumberland County Sheriff's Department officers responded, they found Burnett's body.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was later called to the scene to lead the investigation which was also joined by the 13th Judicial District Attorney's Office.

Below is a list of all persons indicted by the grand jury whose cases were in boundover status. All defendants, including Howard, are to appear in Criminal Court next Friday for arriagnment.

•Eleashea Alene Curry, possession of burglary tools and theft of property of more than $10,000.

•Thomas Richard Weinblatt, possession of burglary tools, theft of property of more than $10,000, evading arrest and reckless endangerment. Also, separate case of theft of property of more than $1,000 in a separate case. Also, theft of property of more than $500 in a separate case.

•Daniel Paul Sherrill, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

•Wendie Jolene Summey, forgery.

•Anthony Scott Woody, theft of property of more than $1,000.

•Thomas Hugo Young, theft of merchandise. Also, theft of merchandise and criminal trespass in a separate case.

•Dennis Jeremy Wyatt, theft of merchandise. Also, theft of merchandise and criminal impersonation in a separate case.

•Keith Claude Beaty, theft of merchandise.

•Tonya Sue Fish, theft of property of less than $500. Also, theft of merchandise and criminal trespass in a separate case.

•Derek Alan McDonald, forgery.

Assault/sex offenses

•Bobby Ellard Norris, statutory rape.

•Robert Ray Brown, superseding indictment charging aggravated assault by strangulation.

•George Lee Skinner, two counts of felony aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, evading arrest, failure to exercise due care, no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license.

•Christopher Jason McCauley, domestic assault. Also, felony aggravated assault in a separate case.

•William E. Dodson Jr., aggravated assault, assault and violation of an order of protection.

•Brian Keith Medley, reckless endangerment and criminal impersonation.

•Jennifer Lane Anderson, possession of more than .5 grams of methamphetamine for sale and for delivery and possession of more than one-half ounce of marijuana for sale and for delivery.

•Porsha Jean Lois Mize, possession of more than .5 grams of methamphetamine for sale and for delivery, possession of a weapon during commission of a felony and introducing contraband into a penal facility.

•William Matthew Greco Jr., possession of more than .5 grams of methamphetamine for sale and for delivery and possession of more than one-half ounce of marijuana for sale and for delivery.

•William Matthew Greco Sr., possession of less than .5 grams of methamphetamine for sale and for delivery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
