If you have been suffering with arthritis and would like a better way of dealing with it, then you should try tai chi. A new beginner class is being held at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday mornings with instructor Mike Pesce. Mike has practiced tai chi every morning for almost 15 years and says it just makes him feel better. The advance class starts at 9:30 a.m. with Angie Bedard. Both of these classes are free. On Fridays, Bedard teaches the arthritis tai chi, which is recommended by the National Arthritis Foundation. It is held in the afternoon at 2.
