The web site is open and waiting for your application. Sign-up will close on or before Sunday, July 11, depending upon when the 184 team limit is achieved. Remember, your position is not secured until your payment is received at the P.O. Box. Tournament entry, as in the past, will take two forms: online and paper based. Online entry can be accomplished by logging onto, highlighting the entry form icon and then following the instructions on the page. Please be sure to enter your Fairfield Glade member number, located on your picture ID card, along with your 7-digit GHIN number on the form as well. If you are unable to enter the tournament online, entry forms will be available at all of the Fairfield Glade golf pro-shops. The entry fee for this year’s tournament is $95 and includes two days of golf with cart, breakfast and lunch both days, gift bag, prize money, a golf shirt or a dozen golf balls and your participation in the pre-tournament reception.

Competition will take place on the Brae and Crag courses at Heatherhurst Golf Club August 14-15. This year’s tournament will have three flights: Arnold Palmer Flight (Gold Tees, men only), Nancy Lopez Flight (Red Tees, women only) and Jack Nicklaus Flight (White Tees, men only). The Lopez and Nicklaus Flight will be competing for the ladies' and men’s tournament championship. We again, this year, will be limiting entries to the first 184 two-person teams.

Because of the overwhelming success of the inaugural pre-tournament reception last year, it will be held again this year on Friday, August 13, at the Fairfield Glade Community and Conference Center.

Glade Director of Golf Operations Steve Kraft and his group of PGA Club Professionals want to remind everyone interested in playing in the event that you will be required to submit a valid and certifiable handicap index from an authorized USGA golf club or golf association and also be a member in good standing of the Fairfield Glade Community Club. In addition, handicap indexes submitted this year, as in the past years, along with posted scoring history will be reviewed by the men and women of the Glade handicap committee. These requirements go a long way to assuring a level playing field for all players competing.
