The board of directors had one appeal to consider. It was by Rick and Toni Dale of 19 Heiskell Court regarding the loss of 36 feet of lake frontage. The Dale property currently does not have a residence constructed on it, but a neighbor (with ACC approval and who did nothing wrong) constructed a seawall and backfilled an area (of only four to six feet) to level the lot.

The Dales proposed to remove the original seawall from the common property. They'll put a seawall along their property line and then across the common property, at their own expense, which will allow them to reclaim the original lake front property.

The matter was approved. Anyone needing further clarification of this very confusing matter should call the ACC.
