More than 75 vehicles took part in the first-ever Plateau Parade for Alzheimer’s Tennessee. Usually, Alzheimer’s Tennessee, Inc. the Cumberlands has held a walk each fall to promote the organization’s mission and support fundraising efforts. With the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, organizers looked for another way to share their message of hope to “Make Alzheimer’s A Memory.” The parade, held Sept. 19 in Fairfield Glade, was the first Alzheimer’s Tennessee parade in the state.
