The Cumberland County High School baseball team will be having a fundraising golf tournament on Sunday, Oct. 25, at the Brae Course at Heatherhurst Golf Club at 1 p.m.
The format is a four-person scramble using the following format - A (0-9 handicap), B (10-14), C (15-20) and D (21 and up). Men play from the white tees, ladies from the red tees and seniors 65 and over the gold tees.
Teams may be all men, ladies or mixed (co-ed).
The first place team will receive $300 and second place $150. There will be two flights based on 16 teams or more.
Special events include closest to the hole on four par 3s and a 50/50 drawing after play with many prizes. There will be a poker contest on the par 3s.
The entry fee is $55 per player or $200 per team. This includes green fees, cart and lunch before play.
