CROSSVILLE — On Friday May 10, at 7 p.m. at the Palace Theatre, the students from the Children of Crossville Chamber Orchestra (COCCO), along with the Preparatory Orchestra, will combine for the second time for an extraordinary performance. This concert is a sequel to last year's concert, which had the theme "Tribute to Hollywood." This year's theme will be a "Tribute to Broadway."

Participating students will be awesome musicians in grades 3-12. The program will open up with COCCO performing the "Concerto Grosso in D major Opus 6 #5" by George Friedrich Handel. COCCO will be assisted by auxiliary professional personnel performing the woodwind parts.

The rest of the performance will be COCCO's tribute to Broadway. The performance will include music from The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Hairspray, Mamma Mia! and many others.

COCCO is still looking for sponsorships for the upcoming performance. COCCO is a 501 (3)(c) organization and all sponsorships/donations are tax deductible.
