CROSSVILLE — Join CCHS Jet Theatrix, Arts In Motion Dance Studios, and Roane State Concert Choir as they team up once again to present a wonderful afternoon of family friendly Halloween entertainment — Kindred Spirits 2012!

Performances are on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 1p.m./4 p.m. Eastern time (12 p.m./3 p.m. Central), and will be at the O'Brian Auditorium at the Harriman campus of Roane State Community College. Admission is $5 at the door on the day of the performance.

Join Mother Ghost and her spooky friends as Disney Princesses Trick-Or-Treat through their haunted neighborhood. The Addams Family, witch doctors, corpse brides, and some really neurotic fairytale characters are among the many that you will encounter, as Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella go on their fun-filled quest for the best candy in the neighborhood.

Audience members are invited and encouraged to wear costumes, and there will be costume contests for all ages 0-100 during the show. Audience participation and Trick-Or-Treating with the cast after the show will add to the the fun!

Kindred Spirits is choreographed and directed by Jennifer Austin, of Arts In Motion; Brenda Luggie, of Roane State; and Angela Robbins, of CCHS; with additional choreography by Ashley Austin, of Arts in Motion; and original scripts by Jet Theatrix member Barbara Gibson.

Jet Theatrix is excited to be able to collaborate with other arts organizations in the region, and they are ecstatic to be able to help make Kindred Spirits an annual event.
