Cumberland County schools will be holding kindergarten and pre-kindergarten registration Friday, April 4. Parents may register their child at the school he or she is zoned for on that date between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Documents parents will need to bring include birth certificate, shot record and child's social security card. Pre-K applicant need to also bring income verification.
Kindergarten students must be five-years-old before Sept. 30.
A reminder to parents of preschool children: The state lottery program requires that your child must be four-years-old before Sept. 30 of the given school year and meet income eligible guidelines. The program also accepts all applications; however, the income eligible applicants take priority and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
