CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: Pulled pork on whole wheat bun, beef and cheese whole grain tacos, large PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, refried beans or fresh steamed broccoli. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple wedges or 4 oz 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: sloppy joe on whole wheat bun, baked chicken nuggets, small whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed Italian green beans or 100 percent vegetable juice. Choice of one: sliced pears in 100 percent juice or orange wedges.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: chicken fajita, cheese stuffed pizza dippers, large PB&J whole grain pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, steamed whole kernel yellow corn, creamy mashed potatoes or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: fresh fruit mix of grapes, pineapple, honey dew and cantaloupe or sliced peaches in 100 percent juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: breaded chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread, cheesy garlic french bread pizza, large PB&J whole grain pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix side salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, baked tator tots, sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: pineapple cubes in 100 percent juice or red seedless grapes.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: hamburger patty on whole wheat bun, baked chicken fingers with breakfast gravy and whole grain roll, small PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain saltines and fresh baked whole grain breadstick. Choice of two: sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce, crinkle cut fries or baked sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.
