CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: whole grain chili and cheese nachos, baked popcorn chicken, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: mashed potatoes, steamed whole kernel yellow corn or baby carrots. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, red apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: pepperoni low-fat pizza, mini chicken sandwiches on whole wheat bun, large PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with lettuce and spinach, baked tator tots or green beans. Choice of one: diced pears in 100 percent juice, banana or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: beef and bean whole grain burrito, baked chicken pretzels with roll, PB&J whole grain pocket or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers, croutons or roll. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with lettuce and spinach, steamed broccoli or mashed potatoes. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, watermelon slice or 4 oz. 100 percent grape juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: beef and cheese tacos, mozzarella whole grain pizza sticks, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two:  baked potato wedges, veggie soup or refried beans. Choice of one: fruit cocktail in 100 percent juice, red grapes or 4 oz. 100 percent cherry juice.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: Low-fat hamburger patty on whole wheat bun, baked chicken fryz with breadstick, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: baked curly fries,  sandwich trims with romaine lettuce or baked beans. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, whole red apple or 4 oz. 100 percent orange juice.
