CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: Pulled pork on whole wheat bun with baked Cheetos, beef and cheese whole grain tacos, whole grain PB&J pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, refried beans or fresh steamed broccoli. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: Beef teriyaki dippers with seasoned brown rice, baked chicken nuggets, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix one yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with lettuce and spinach, mashed potatoes or Italian green beans. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, orange wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.

WEDNESDAY — Choice one: chicken fajita, cheese stuffed pizza dippers, PB&J whole grain pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with lettuce and spinach, steamed whole kernel yellow corn or mashed potatoes. Choice of one: cantaloupe slices, sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or 4 oz. 100 percent grape juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: Breaded chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread, double stuffed whole grain pizza with pepperoni, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with lettuce and spinach, baked tator tots or sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce. Choice of one: Pineapple cubes in 100 percent juice, red seedless grapes or 4 oz. 100 percent cherry juice.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: Low-fat hamburger patty on whole wheat bun, baked chicken fingers with breakfast gravy and fresh baked whole grain roll, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: Sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce, crinkle cut French fries or sweet potato casserole. Choice of one: Unsweetened applesauce, yellow apple or 4 oz. 100 percent orange juice.
