School lunch menus (Week of Sept. 2)

CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — No school.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: Asian popcorn chicken in orange sauce with whole grain brown rice, baked mini corn dogs twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with Cool Ranch Doritos. Choice of two: fresh cut veggie medley, baked party potatoes, sweet potato fries or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or fresh cut cantaloupe.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: beef teriyaki dippers with whole grain roll, pulled pork sandwich, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: fresh cut veggie medley, baked ranch cut potato wedges, baked beans or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: pineapple cubes in 100 percent juice or seedless watermelon.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: baked crispy chicken fryz with roll, beef and cheese lasagna with mini garlic bread, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or chef salad with whole-grain Rold Gold Heartzels and chocolate graham Belly Bears. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed vegetable Normandy or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or yellow apple wedges.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: bacon cheeseburger, pepperoni pizza wedge, small PB&J pocket with Go-gurt and chocolate graham belly bears or breaded chicken salad with whole-grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, baked curly fries, steamed Italian green beans or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or mixed seedless grapes.
