CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: pulled pork on whole wheat bun, beef and cheese whole grain tacos, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, refried beans or steamed broccoli. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: beef teriyaki dippers with seasoned brown rice, baked chicken nuggets, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, creamy mashed potatoes or steamed Italian green beans. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, orange wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: chicken fajita, cheese stuffed pizza dippers, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, steamed whole kernel corn or creamy mashed potatoes. Choice of one: cantaloupe slice or sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or 4 oz. 100 percent grape juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: breaded chicken sandwich on Goldfish whole wheat bread, double stuffed whole grain pizza with low-fat pepperoni, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, baked tator tots or sandwich trims. Choice of one: pineapple cubes in 100 percent juice, red seedless grapes or 4 oz. 100 percent cherry juice.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: low-fat hamburger patty on whole wheat bun, baked chicken fingers with breakfast gravy cup and baked whole grain roll, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers and breadstick. Choice of two: sandwich trims, crinkle-cut French fries or baked sweet potatoes with toasted matshmallows. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, yellow apple or 4 oz. 100 percent orange juice.
