CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: pulled pork sandwich, mini chicken slider sandwiches, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: baked ranch cut potato wedges, pinto beans, steamed broccoli or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or yellow apple wedges.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: chicken fajita in tortilla bowl with Kickin Ranch Goldfish Crackers, pepperoni smart pizza, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with cool ranch Doritos. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, baked crinkle-cut fries, steamed Italian green beans or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or plum.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: beef teriyaki dippers with whole grain roll, baked crispy chicken fryz with whole grain roll, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt or chef salad with whole grain garden salsa Sun Chips. Choice of two: fresh cut veggie medley (manager's choice), creamy mashed potatoes, steamed whole kernel corn or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: fruit cocktail in 100 percent juice or orange wedges.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: lightly breaded chicken sandwich, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, baked tator tots, steamed vegetable Normandy (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or banana.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: spaghetti and meat sauce with mini garlic bread, baked chicken tenders, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt and chocolate graham belly bears or chef salad with Rold Gold Heartzels and chocolate graham belly bears. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, Texas roadhouse style baked sweet potato or four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or red seedless grapes.
