CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: chili and cheese on whole grain nachos, baked popcorn chicken, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, crinkle-cut fries or steamed vegetable normandy. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: popcorn chicken in orange sauce with seasoned brown rice and fortune cookie, baked mini corn dogs, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, steamed Italian green beans, baked sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: diced peach cup or orange wedges.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: pork roast and dressing with gravy and whole grain roll, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, creamy mashed potatoes homemade pinto beans or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: fresh fruit mix (grapes, pineapples and cantaloupes) or sliced peaches in 100 percent juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: pulled pork on whole wheat bun, beef and cheese lasagna with whole grain breadstick, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers and breadstick. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, shoestring fries, steamed whole kernel corn or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: pineapple cubes in 100 percent juice or red seedless grapes.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: spaghetti with meat sauce with whole grain breadstick, breaded chicken patty on Goldfish-shaped whole grain bread, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, baked party potatoes or steamed broccoli. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, yellow apple or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.
