CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Manager's choice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: chili with beans and cheese on whole grain nachos, baked chicken nuggets, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt or chef salad with Garden Salsa Sun Chips. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed whole kernel corn or four ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of two: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or apple wedges.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: macaroni and cheese, baked mini corn dogs, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with Cool Ranch Doritos. Choice of two: steamed broccoli, baked party potatoes, sweet potato fries or four ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of two: unsweetened applesauce or fresh fruit mix.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: beef teriyaki dippers with roll, pulled pork sandwich, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: fresh-cut veggie medley, baked ranch-cut potato wedges, baked beans or four ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of two: sliced pears in 100 percent juice or banana.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: baked popcorn chicken, beef and cheese lasagna with mini garlic bread, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or chef salad with Rold Gold Heartzels and Chocolate Graham Belly Bears. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed vegetable Normandy or four ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of two: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or seedless grapes.
