School lunch menus (week of Feb. 17)

CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — No school.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: chili with beans and cheese on whole grain Tostitos Nachos, baked chicken nuggets, small PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt or chef salad with whole grain Garden Salsa Sun Chips. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed whole kernel yellow corn or 4 ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or apple wedges.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: homemade macaroni and cheese, baked whole grain mini corn dogs, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with reduced fat whole grain Cool Ranch Doritos. Choice of two: steamed broccoli, baked party potatoes, sweet potato fries or four ounce veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or fresh fruit mix.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: beef teriyaki dippers with whole grain roll, pulled pork sandwich, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: fresh-cut veggie melody, baked ranch-cut potato wedges, homemade baked beans or four ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced pears in 100 juice or banana.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: baked popcorn chicken, beef and cheese lasagna with whole grain mini garlic bread, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket or chef salad with Rold Gold Heartzels and Chocolate Graham Belly Bears. Choice of two: spring mix garden side, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed vegetable Normandy (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) or four ounce 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or seedless grapes.
