School Lunch Menus (Week of Feb. 18)

CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — No school.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: low-fat pepperoni pizza, mini chicken sandwiches on whole wheat slider buns, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain crackers and croutons. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, baked tator tots, steamed green beans or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: diced pears in 100 percent juice or banana.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: bean and cheese whole grain burrito, baked chicken nuggets with whole grain roll, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, steamed broccoli, creamy mashed potatoes or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce or fresh fruit mix (grapes, pineapples and cantaloupes).

THURSDAY — Choice of one: beef and cheese tacos, cheese stuffed pizza dippers, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, homemade veggie soup, refried beans or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: fruit cocktail in 100 percent juice or red grapes.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: low-fat hamburger patty on whole wheat slider bun with baked Cheetos, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese stromboli, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: baked curly fries, sandwich trims or homemade baked beans. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, whole red apple or 4 oz. 100 percent grape juice.
