School Lunch Menus (Week of Sept. 3)

CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — No school.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: teriyaki chicken with whole grain brown rice, baked mini corn dogs, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, Italian green beans or baked sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, orange wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: roasted turkey with gravy and whole grain roll, cheese pizza, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, mashed potatoes or pinto beans. Choice of one: cantaloupe slice, sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or 4 oz. 100 percent grape juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: baked popcorn chicken with whole grain roll, beef and cheese lasagna with whole grain breadstick, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, mashed potatoes or steamed whole kernel yellow corn. Choice of one: pineapple chunks in 100 percent juice, red seedless grapes or 4 oz. 100 percent cherry juice.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: baked sausage and egg whole grain biscuit, grilled cheese on whole grain bread, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked party potatoes, veggie soup or fresh cut broccoli and cauliflower. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce, yellow apple or 4 oz. 100 percent orange juice.
