CROSSVILLE — MONDAY – Choice of one: lightly breaded whole grain chicken sandwich, ConAgra whole grain stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket, or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, baked tator tots, fresh steamed vegetable Normandy (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots), or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or banana.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: chicken fajita in tortilla bowl with reduced fat whole grain Kickin’ Ranch Goldfish Crackers, pepperoni whole grain smart pizza, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket, or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with reduced fat whole grain Cool Ranch Doritos. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, baked crinkle cut french fries, steamed Italian green beans, or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or fresh fruit mix.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: beef teriyaki dippers with whole grain Uncle Ben’s wild rice, baked whole grain popcorn chicken, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt, or chef salad with whole grain garden salsa Sun Chips. Choice of two: fresh cut veggie medley (manager’s choice), creamy mashed potatoes, steamed whole kernel yellow corn, or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced pears in 100 percent juice or banana.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: lightly breaded whole grain chicken sandwich, ConAgra whole grain stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, CN twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket, or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, baked tator tots, fresh steamed vegetable Normandy (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots), or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or seedless grapes.

FRIDAY —  Choice of one: homemade spaghetti and meat sauce with whole grain mini garlic bread, baked Tyson chicken tenders, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt and chocolate graham Belly Bears or chef salad with Rold Gold Heartzels and Chocolate Graham Belly Bears. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, creamy mashed potatoes, Texas Roadhouse style sweet potato, or 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or fresh fruit (manager's choice).
