CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: Low-fat 100% beef hamburger patty on whole wheat bun, baked popcorn chicken, small whole grain PB & J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with who grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: Sandwich trims, baked tator tots or steamed whole kernel yellow corn. Choice of one: Sliced peaches in 100% juice, red apple wedges or 4 oz. 100% blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: Baked chicken nuggets with whole grain roll, cheese quesadillas, large Smuckers PB & J whole grain pocket or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers and fresh baked whole grain roll. Choice of two: Spring mix garden side salad, mashed potatoes or green beans. Choice of one: Diced pears in 100% juice, banana or 4 oz. 100% apple juice.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: Cheese low-fat "smart" pizza, baked whole grain corn dog, large Smuckers PB & J whole grain pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain crackers. Choice of two: Spring mix garden side salad, baked potato smiles or fresh steamed broccoli. Choice of one: Unsweetened applesauce, watermelon slice or 4 oz. 100% grape juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: Barilla spaghetti with meat sauce and fresh baked whole grain garlic roll, cold thin-sliced deli turkey and cheese on whole wheat bread with Goldfish crackers, large Smuckers PB & J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain crackers. Choice of two: Spring mix garden side salad, fresh baby carrots and broccoli or mashed potatoes. Choice of one: Red grapes, fruit cocktail or 4 oz. 100% cherry juice.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: Grilled chicken club sandwich on whole wheat bread, honey barbecue pork rib patty on whole wheat bun, small whole grain PB & J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain crackers. Choice of two: Sandwich trims, baked potato or home made pinto beans. Choice of one: Sliced peaches, whole red apple or 4 oz. 100% orange juice.
