CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: pulled pork on whole wheat bun, beef and cheese whole grain tacos, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, refried beans or steamed broccoli. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: sloppy joe on whole wheat bun, baked chicken nuggets, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed Italian green beans or 100 percent vegetable juice. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce or orange wedges.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: chicken fajita, cheese stuffed pizza dippers, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, steamed whole kernel yellow corn, creamy mashed potatoes or 100 percent vegetable juice. Choice of one: fresh fruit mix (grapes, pineapples, honey dews and cantaloupes) or sliced peaches in 100 percent juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: low-fat hamburger patty on slider bun, baked chicken tenders with breakfast gravy cup and whole grain roll, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers and breadstick. Choice of two: sandwich trims, crinkle-cut French fries or baked sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows. Choice of one: unsweetened  applesauce, yellow apple or 4 oz. 100 percent apple juice.

FRIDAY — No school.
