CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: low-fat hamburger or cheeseburger on whole wheat bun, baked popcorn chicken, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: sandwich trims, baked tator tots or steamed whole kernel corn. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, red apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: baked chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese with whole grain breadstick, PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed green beans or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: diced pears in 100 percent juice or banana.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: low-fat cheese pizza, baked whole grain corn dog, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, baked potato SMILES, steamed broccoli or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: diced peach cup or fresh fruit mix (grapes, pineapples and cantaloupes).

THURSDAY — Choice of one: beef and cheese whole grain tacos, deli turkey and cheese sandwich on Goldfish-shaped whole wheat bread and whole grain cheddar Goldfish crackers, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden salad, baby carrots and broccoli, creamy mashed potatoes or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: fruit cocktail in 100 percent juice or fresh fruit (manager's choice).

FRIDAY — Choice of one: grilled chicken and cheese club with bacon sandwich one whole wheat bun with baked Doritos, honey barbecue pork rib patty on whole wheat bun with baked Doritos, PB&J whole grain pocket or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers and breadstick. Choice of two: sandwich trims, baked potato, homemade pinto beans or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, whole red apple or 4 oz. 100 percent grape juice.
