CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: barbecue pulled pork on whole wheat bun with baked chips or beef and cheese tacos with trims. Choice of two: sweet potato casserole, corn on the cob, refried beans, sliced peaches, yellow apples, apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: beef and cheese lasagna or whole grain cheese pizza rolls. Choice of two: garden salad, whole kernel corn, mashed potatoes, peach cup or  4 oz. 100 percent juice.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: cheesy chicken gordita or cheese stuffed pizza dippers. Choice of two: mashed potatoes, garden salad, Italian green beans, pineapple tidbits, banana or 4 oz. 100 percent juice.

THURSDAY —  Choice of one: spaghetti with meat sauce or baked chicken fryz. Choice of two: garden salad, baked potato, whole kernel corn, red grapes, strawberry cup or 4 oz. 100 percent juice.

FRIDAY —  Choice of one: low-fat hamburger patty on whole wheat bun or turkey and swiss or ham and swiss flatbread sandwich. Choice of two: sandwich trims, fries, green beans, sliced peaches, red apples, apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent juice.
