CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — Choice of one: Chili and cheese on whole grain nachos, baked popcorn chicken, small whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Goldfish crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, crinkle cut fries or fresh steamed vegetable medley. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice, yellow apple wedges or 4 oz. 100 percent blue raspberry juice.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: Asian popcorn chicken in orange sauce with seasoned brown rice and fortune cookie, baked mini corn dogs, large PB&J whole grain pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, steamed Italian green beans, baked sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: fruit cocktail in 100 percent juice or orange wedges.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: roast and dressing with gravy and whole grain roll, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, large PB&J whole grain pocket or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, creamy mashed potatoes home-made pinto beans or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: fresh fruit mix of grapes, pineapple and cantaloupe or sliced peaches in 100 percent juice.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: Brookwood pulled pork on a whole wheat bun, beef and cheese lasagna with whole grain breadstick, small whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain saltine crackers with breadstick. Choice of two: spring mix side salad with romaine lettuce and spinach, shoestring fries, steamed whole kernel yellow corn or 4 oz. 100 percent vegetable juice blend. Choice of one: pineapple cubes in 100 percent juice or red seedless grapes.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: spaghetti with meat sauce with whole grain breadstick, breaded chicken patty on whole wheat bread, small whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons.
