School lunch menus (Week of Jan. 21)

CROSSVILLE — MONDAY — No school.

TUESDAY — Choice of one: pepperoni low-fat smart pizza, mini chicken sandwiches on whole wheat slider buns, large Smuckers PB&J whole grain pocket or breaded chicken salad with whole grain Saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, baked tator tots, steamed green beans or 4 oz. 100% veggie juice blend. Choice of one: diced pears in 100% juice or banana.

WEDNESDAY — Choice of one: bean and cheese whole grain burrito, baked chicken pretzels with fresh made whole grain roll, PB&J  whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain Saltine crackers. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad, fresh steamed broccoli, creamy mashed potatoes or 4 oz. 100% veggie juice blend. Choice of one: unsweetened applesauce or fresh fruit mix.

THURSDAY — Choice of one: beef and cheese tacos, mozzarella whole grain pizza sticks, PB&J whole grain pocket or southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain Saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked potato wedges, homemade veggie soup, Santiago refried beans or 4 oz. 100% veggie juice blend. Choice of one: fruit cocktail or red grapes.

FRIDAY — Choice of one: low-fat hamburger patty on whole wheat bun with baked Cheetos, cheeseburger with baked Cheetos, homemade pepperoni stromboli, whole grain PB&J sandwich with Trix yogurt or chef salad with whole grain Saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked curly fries, sandwich trims or steamed Italian green beans. Choice of one: sliced peaches, whole red apple or 4 oz. 100% grape juice.
