CROSSVILLE — Monday — Choice of one: Tony's round deep-dish whole-grain pepperoni pizza, Field chili cheese hot dog, twin pack PB&J pocket, chef salad. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, baked tater tots, green beans, four-ounce veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or banana.

Tuesday — Choice of one: Fernando's bean and cheese whole-grain burrito, baked popcorn chicken, small PB&J pocket with Go-gurt, chef salad with garden salsa Sun Chips. Choice of two: fresh cut veggie medley, manager's choice, cranberry mashed potatoes, steamed green peas, four ounces 100 percent veggie juice.

Wednesday — Choice of one: beef and cheese whole-grain soft tacos, whole-grain honey BBQ smokie grilled rib patty sandwich, twin pack PB&J pocket, southwestern breaded chicken salad with mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: baked, natural straight-cut fries, fresh cut veggie medley, manager's choice, refried beans, four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: Tropical fruit salad, fresh cut seedless watermelon slice.

Thursday — Choice of one: Low-fat beef Tyson whole-grain bacon cheeseburger, whole-grain french bread pizza, twin pack PB&J pocket , breaded chicken salad with whole-grain saltine crackers. Choice of two: baked curly fries, veggie soup, sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce, four ounces of 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: slice peaches in 100 percent juice, mixed apple wedges.

Friday — Choice of one: baked whole-grain chicken pretzels, pepperoni chicken and beef whole-grain rotini pasta with mini garlic bread, small PB&J pocket with Go-gurt, chocolate graham belly bears, southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole-grain sweet, spicy chili Doritos. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed whole- kernel yellow corn, four ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: apple sauce, fresh strawberries.
