CROSSVILLE — MONDAY – Choice of one: homemade macaroni and cheese with whole grain rotini noodles, baked whole grain popcorn chicken, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt, or chef salad with garden salsa Sun Chips. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed whole kernel yellow corn, or 4 ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or apple wedges.

TUESDAY –Choice of one: low-fat 100 percent beef Tyson bacon cheeseburger, baked whole grain corn dog, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket, or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain reduced fat sweet spicy chile Doritos. Choice of two: sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce, baked tator tots, fresh steamed broccoli, 4 ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or fresh fruit mix.

WEDNESDAY –Choice of one: baked whole grain chicken nuggets with Sister Schubert’s roll, cheese low-fat “Smart” whole grain pizza, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket, or breaded chicken salad with whole grain saltine crackers and croutons. Choice of two: spring mix garden side salad with Romaine lettuce and spinach, creamy mashed potatoes, steamed green beans, or 4 ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced pears in 100 percent juice or banana.

THURSDAY – Choice of one: beef and cheese whole grain soft tacos, cold thin sliced deli club sub sandwich (turkey, ham, cheese, and bacon) with Lay’s sour cream and onion chips, twin pack whole grain PB&J pocket, or Southwestern breaded chicken salad with whole grain mini tortilla chips. Choice of two: baked potato SMILES, fresh cut veggie medley (manager’s choice), Santiago refried beans, 4 ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: sliced peaches in 100 percent juice or seedless grapes.

FRIDAY – Choice of one: grilled chicken, bacon and Swiss whole grain sandwich, double stuffed whole grain pepperoni pizza, small whole grain PB&J pocket with Go-Gurt, chocolate graham Belly Bears, or chef salad with whole grain Rold Gold Heartzels and chocolate graham Belly Bears. Choice of two: sandwich trims with green leaf lettuce, seasoned baked potato, sweet potato fries, or 4 ounces 100 percent veggie juice. Choice of one: applesauce or fresh fruit (manager’s choice).
