Extentions Program Assistant II

The UT Clyde York 4-H Center, Crossville, TN, is now accepting applications for the position of Extension Program Assistant II. Job applications can be obtained at any Job Services office. A high school degree with two to three years office experience is required. Valid TN Driver's license required. Computer skills including word processing and keyboarding also required. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Internet and e-mail. Must be a team player with the ability to work with large groups of children. Strong communication skills needed. A degree in Biology, Education, Environmental Science or related field desired. Previous experience working with children is also desired. Hours will vary due to events. Craft Specialist III

Must have advanced level of maintenance knowledge, painting, framing and metal fabrication with the ability to repair HVAC systems, weld and carpentry skills. Good public relations skills needed. Valid TN driver's license required. Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance desired. Ability to cut and remove trees also highly desired. Hours will vary due to events.
