— April in Tennessee can be tricky. Monday's wind and precipitation mixture presented a different weather scene from the weekend's warm temperatures. Cumberland County is under a freeze warning from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tuesday and from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Wednesday.
