Dwight E. Henry
April 30, 1943 — July 16, 2006
Dwight Edward Henry, 63, of Crossville, passed away July 16, 2006. Funeral services were conducted July 19 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with Ted Woody officiating and performing a vocal solo. Burial was in Crossville City Cemetery.
Mr. Henry was born Aug. 30, 1943 in Albany, KY, the son of Kiefel Woody Henry and William Everett Henry.
He was an electrician and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was an avid golfer and sports fan, especially football and baseball.
Survivors include his mother, Kiefel Woody Henry; Judith Flynn Henry Watson with whom he has three sons, William Edward Henry, David Bryan Henry and Steven Boyd Henry, all of Ohio; grandchildren, Christopher Henry, Benjamin Henry, Miranda Henry, Morgan Henry and Taylor Henry, all of Ohio; brother, Donald Bernard Henry of Crossville; and sister, Nancy Carole Skidmore of Kingston.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Everett Henry; and brother, William Patrick Henry.
Pallbearers were Dan Bristow, Jay Skidmore, James Henry, Robert Smith, John Skidmore and Larry Watson.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
Kenneth R. Obenberger
June 6, 1930 — July 6, 2006
Kenneth Raymond Obenberger, 76 of Fairfield Glade, passed away July 6, 2006. Memorial services were held July 20 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home. Burial was in Arlington National Cemetery.
Mr. Obenberger was born June 6, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Albert and Evangeline Bendel Obenberger.
He was retired after 20 years from the United States Air Force at Edwards Air Force Base in California. He worked as a Boy Scout executive for 2 1/2 years with Boy Scouts of America in Palm Dale, CA and also had his own accounting practice in Florida for 20 years. He was very active in the Rotary Club in Seminole having received the Paul Harris Fellowship. He moved to Fairfield Glade in 1990 where he has served on the Cumberland County Election Commission and continued his work with Fairfield Glade Rotary Club. He was a member of the Fairfield Glade Bass Club, Sportsman Club and a member of the National Rifle Association.
Dwight E. Henry
Ruth Vicory Yoakum was born on May 9, 1912, to Wilma Pearl McCreary and Walter Carpenter Yoakum in Leavenworth, KS. She passed away on July 17, 2014, at the Wharton Homes at Uplands Village in Pleasant Hill. There will be a service of the worship of God in her memory at the Pleasant Hill Community Church in Pleasant Hill at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2.
William “Bill” Fancher Graham, 70, of Crossville, passed away peacefully at home July 19, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with malignant lymphoma. Funeral services were held July 22 at Main St. Church of Christ. Bro. Barry Kennedy and Bro. Larry McDuffee officiated, with burial in Green Acres Memory Gardens.

Dr. Charles Edward Brookhart passed away July 21, 2014, in Overland Park, KS. He was 85.
Hester Lucille Campbell, 86, of Crossville, passed away July 20, 2014, at Cumberland Medical Center.The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 23, at 11 a.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church, with Bro. Joe Campbell and Bro. Stanley Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in Burgess Cemetery.

Hugh W. Hendricks Jr., 66, of Alpharetta, GA, departed this life at his home July 16, 2014, surrounded by his loving family.
Funeral services for Burtis Wooton, 80, of Crossville, will be conducted today, July 18, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Goff Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends today, July 18, from 10 a.m. to noon at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with the service at noon at the funeral home. Bro. Chip Meadows will officiate and burial will be in Haley's Grove Cemetery in Crab Orchard.
