Charles Ray Armstrong, 64, of Crossville, passed away May 30, 2006. Funeral services were conducted June 3 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. Wayne Shrum officiating. Interment was in Stebbins Cemetery in Grandview.
Mr. Armstrong was born July 22, 1941 in Miami, FL, the son of Lowry Dallas and Margie (Willis) Armstrong.
He was a short order cook and of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include his wife, Irene (Dunkleberger) Armstrong of Crossville; brothers, Vernon Armstrong Sr. of Spring City and Norman Armstrong of Sun City, CA; nephews, Vernon Armstrong Jr. and David Armstrong; niece, Starlynn Matthews; and cousin, Ronald Willis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers were Sam Richard, Jerry Kilby, Nathan Gregg, Ronald Willis, David Armstrong, Vernon Armstrong and Tim Chesson.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.

Jane Marie (Woody) Braunm Bilbrey, 45, of Crossville, passed away May 30, 2006. Funeral services were conducted June 2 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. R. K. Chadwick officiating. Special music was by Debbie Hensley and Joey Brown. Interment was in Creston Cemetery.
Mrs. Bilbrey was born Nov. 20, 1960 in Lakewood, OH, the daughter of the late H.K. Woody II and Betty Lee (Smith) Chadwick of Crossville.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, R.K. and Betty Lee (Smith) Chadwick of Crossville; daughter, Aubrey Chantel Braunm of Crossville; son, Joseph Adam Braunm of Crossville; grandson, Jeremy Joe Braunm; granddaughter, Danielle Renee Lawson; and brothers, A.L. Woody of Crossville, H.K. Woody III of Olive Hill, TN, Justin Woody of Kingston and Norman Woody of Harriman.
She was preceded in death by her father, H.K. Woody II; and son, Jeremy Ryan Woody.
Pallbearers were Nick Woody, Dana Woody, William Woody, Stacey Shelton, Jeff Woody, Johnny Hensley and Johnny Sherrill.

Mary Margaret Ives Haack passed away July 27, 2014 in Crossville. She resided at Fairfield Glade Assisted Living near her daughter. She was 98. Memorial services for Mary will be in Muncie, IN.

Ruth Vicory Yoakum was born on May 9, 1912, to Wilma Pearl McCreary and Walter Carpenter Yoakum in Leavenworth, KS. She passed away on July 17, 2014, at the Wharton Homes at Uplands Village in Pleasant Hill. There will be a service of the worship of God in her memory at the Pleasant Hill Community Church in Pleasant Hill at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2.
William “Bill” Fancher Graham, 70, of Crossville, passed away peacefully at home July 19, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with malignant lymphoma. Funeral services were held July 22 at Main St. Church of Christ. Bro. Barry Kennedy and Bro. Larry McDuffee officiated, with burial in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
