Elizabeth Ann (Macauley) Bade, 82, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Feb. 11, 2006.
Mrs. Bade was born Jan. 11, 1924 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Arthur and Florence Nellie (Lindsey) Macauley.
She was a retired school secretary and a member of Fairfield Glade Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald O. Bade of Fairfield Glade; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Vincent Richard of Portland, OR; son and daughter-in-law, David A. and Gayle Bade of Berkley, MI; sister, Barbara Oppermann of Katy, TX; brother and sister-in-law, John and Marie Macauley of Bloomfield Hills, MI; one grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Bobby J. Lee Sr.
March 15, 1942 — Feb. 24, 2006
Bobby Joe Lee Sr., 63, of Crossville, passed away Feb. 24, 2006. Funeral services were conducted Feb. 26 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home, with Bro. Thomas Hale Jr. officiating. Burial was in Haley's Grove Cemetery with full military honors.
Mr. Lee was born March 15, 1942 in Crab Orchard, the son of Frank and Rosella Smith Lee.
He was retired as a machinist from the Y-12 Nuclear Facility and was an Army veteran, having served during Vietnam. He was also the owner and operator of his own backhoe company for the last several years.
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Bobby Joe Lee Jr. and Roger Bradford and Debbie Lee; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy Nail and Jerry Hayes; father, Frank Lee; brothers, Ed Lee, Larry Lee and Paul Lee; sisters, Mary Kirkland, Linda Houston and Barbara Cravens; and grandchildren, Lynsey Nail, Abigail Lee, Adam Lee, all of Crossville, and Heather McGee of Richmond, KY.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosella Smith Lee; and brothers, Billy E., Lonnie and Lesley Lee.

Dugald S. MacIntyre
Dec. 2, 1911 — Feb. 24, 2006
Dugald S. MacIntyre, M.D., 94, formerly of Grand Rapids, MI, and Fairfield Glade, passed away Feb. 24, 2006. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 3, at St. Raphael's Episcopal Church in Crossville.
Dr. MacIntyre was born Dec. 2, 1911 in Gwinn, MI, the son of Dr. Donald Ross MacIntyre and Carolyn King.
He attended St. John's Military Academy near Milwaukee and Carleton College, MN. He graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1936 and was a founding member of the Prof. Frederick G. Coller Surgical Society. While a lieutenant colonel from 1941-1945, he served in Europe as unit commander of a precursor to the mobile Army surgical hospital.
During his practice as a general surgeon in Grand Rapids from 1948 to 1986, Dr. MacIntyre served on the Board of Trustees, as Chief of Surgery and as Chief of Staff at the former Blodgett Hospital.
In Grand Rapids, Dr. MacIntyre was honored to serve on the vestry of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. In Tennessee, he took joy in the congregation of St. Raphael's Episcopal Church and was an enthusiastic member of the Lions Club.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, D. Stewart and Marie Teresa MacIntyre Jr. of Miami and Donald R. and Sherry Bagno MacIntyre of Waukegan, IL; daughter and son-in-law, Gwynne Davis MacIntyre and James R. Keegstra of Mauldin, SC; and grandchildren, Ann T. MacIntyre, D. Stewart MacIntyre III, Elizabeth D. Keegstra and Jaime M. Keegstra, of whom he was very proud.
He was preceded in death by his second wife, Mary Kline Hoult MacIntyre; and his first wife, Elizabeth Davis MacIntyre.
The family suggests contributions in lieu of flowers be made to St. Raphael's Episcopal Church, 1038 Sparta Hwy., Crossville, TN 38572.

Charles T. Milligan
Jan. 26, 1932 — Feb. 19, 2006
Charles Twylan "Squirrel" Milligan, 74, of Crossville, passed away Feb. 19, 2006. Funeral services were conducted Feb. 22 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home, with Bro. Boyd Roberts officiating. Burial was in Big Lick Cemetery.
Mr. Milligan was born Jan. 26, 1932 in Jefferson County, the son of Elmer and Daisy Roberts Milligan.
He was well-known and respected as a local businessman, having owned and operated Milligan's service station for many years. He was also a U.S. Air Force veteran serving during Korea. He enjoyed watching sports and loved being home with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Glenna Jean Milligan of Crossville; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Kim Milligan of Crossville; and grandchildren, Tiffani Brianna Milligan and Tyler Brandon Milligan.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers were Larry Lowe, Terry Lowe, Rod Lowe, Greg Lowe, Chester Lowe, Mike Lowe and Tyler Milligan.

William E. Parsons

William Edgar Parsons, 75 of Crossville, passed away Feb. 24, 2006. Funeral services were conducted Feb. 26 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with Cliff Ingram and David Neal officiating. Burial was in Creston Cemetery.
Mr. Parsons was born July 23, 1930, in Cumberland County, the son of Beecher and Margie Parsons.
He was a member of Claysville Methodist Church and a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include his wife, Betty J. Parsons of Crossville; sons, Gary, Dewey, Roger, Douglas and Keith Parsons, all of Crossville; daughters, Patricia Griffith, Margie Anne Smith, Connie Pena, Vera Smith, Teresa DeRossett and Stella James, all of Crossville; stepchildren, Carl Straley and Loretta Norris of Crossville and Richard Lewis of South Carolina; sisters, Joan Mathes and Maxine Thomas of Crossville and Geraldine Diehl of Ohio; brother, Ernest Parsons of Crossville; 27 grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Eddie Lee and Garland Parsons; daughter, Sharon Parsons; stepdaughter, Sharon Young; grandson, Joshua Parsons; and sister, Ruth Norris.
Pallbearers were Billy Waldrup, Jackie Griffith, Jonathan Norris, John Rector, Dale Parsons and Marvin Parsons.

Julia Pearl Hill, 89, of Crossville, passed away March 5, 2014, at Cumberland House. Family will receive friends Saturday, March 8, from 11 a.m. to noon at Cumberland Fellowship. Funeral service will follow at noon, with Pastor Hank Jones officiating. Burial will be in Green Acres Memory Gardens.
Robert Ray Dillon, 93, of Crossville, passed away March 1, 2014, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home March 5, with Pastor Roland Smith and Bro. Billy Kemp officiating. Interment was in Crossville City Cemetery.
John Arthur Price, 86, of Cumberland County, passed away Feb. 9, 2014, in Farmington Hills, MI.
Gracie Bella Lewis, infant daughter of Tim Lewis and Dorieli Kief of Crossville, passed away March 1, 2014, at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville.
Karen Elizabeth Podsiedlik, 58, was born Oct. 3, 1955 to Frederick and Dagmar Arnold in Syracuse, NY. She passed away on Feb. 28, 2014 in Crossville, surrounded by her family and pastor at her bedside. The family will receive friends today, March 4, at First Church of the Nazarene in Crossville from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., with Pastor Greg Keller officiating.
Joyce Eveline (Murray) Northcutt, 72, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Feb. 22, 2014, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. Funeral services were held March 3 at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, with the Rev. John Dowling officiating. Interment was in the Saint Francis columbarium.

Joseph Travis Nickell, retired Baptist pastor of Maryville, passed away Feb. 26, 2014, from complications of Alzheimer’s disease. He was 85.
Alice Eula Hedgecoth, 89, of Crossville, passed away Feb. 25, 2014, at WyndRidge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossville. Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home Feb. 27, with Bro. Joey Smith and Bro. Billy Smith officiating. Interment was in Hedgecoth Cemetery.

Philip Miner Deatherage, MD, 93, of Crossville, passed away Feb. 28, 2014. Visitation will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home March 6, from 5 to 7 p.m., with funeral services to be held March 7 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Oliver Springs City Cemetery March 7 at 1 p.m. CST.
