Leona Marguerite Ginther (nee Bonneau), 89, of Russellville, AR, went home to be with her Lord April 30, 2013. Visitation was held May 2, with rosary immediately following, at Humphrey Funeral Service. Funeral Mass and inurnment will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Cahtolic Church in Fairfield Glade.
The daughter of Louise and Arthur Bonneau, she was born June 5, 1923 in Hammond, IN. She was a 1941 graduate of Hammond high school, employed during WWII with The Blaw-Knox Company in East Chicago, IN. Following the war, she married Robert Ginther (2007) Sept. 13, 1947, at All Saints Church in Hammond, IN. She was employed at Baer's children's clothing in Hammond and Marshall Field's in Calumet City, from which she retired in 1983.
Leona and Bob spent 15 years of their retirement in Fairfield Glade, where she was an active member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In addition, she donated many volunteer hours with Lifeline, Good Samaritan, Cumberland hospital, AARP, calling bingo for the elderly and Habitat for Humanity. She was recognized by AARP for her outstanding service to the community. She volunteered on Friday mornings at St. John Catholic Church in Russellville.
She enjoyed socializing, silent auctions, trips to the casino and bingo at the Pope County Senior Activity Center. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Russellville.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Robert J. Ginther. Left to cherish her memory are four daughters, Jacquelyne Dorminy and husband, Hugh, of Russellville, AR, Yvonne Prime and husband, Brian, of Tecumseh, Ontario, Deborah LaShorne of Greenwood, IN, and Laura Braun and husband, George, of Haddam, CT; one son, Robert J. Ginther and wife, Beverly, of Wheatfield, IN; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Lavergne Crooks of Summerfield, FL; brother, Arthur Bonneau of Bethel Park, PA; and numerous extended family and friends.
The family is grateful and wishes to express a special thank you to Diana Niemann for her loving care, the staff of AmCare Senior Life Partners, Arkansas Department of Health Hospice and the doctors and nurses of St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

Family will receive friends today, April 18, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., with Bro. Bradley Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at Rinnie Cemetery.
William Edward Day, 89, of Crab Orchard, passed away April 14, 2014, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. Funeral services were held April 17, with Bro. Bob Hawkins officiating.
Thurman McKinley Mutter, 83, of Crossville, TN passed away on March 10, 2014, at Cumberland Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 19, at 1 p.m. at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home.
Jennie Louise May, 82, of Crossville, passed away April 12, 2014, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. Funeral serivces will be held Saturday, April 19, at 11 a.m. at Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Lanita Monroe officiating. Interment will be in Black Oak Cemetery.

Geraldine Ruth Brown, 87, of Crossville, passed away April 10, 2014. Funeral services were held April 14 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home. Burial was in Linary Cemetery. Bro. Steve Watts and Bro. Tim Watts officiated.
Mrs. Robin E. Williams, 47, of the Potters Chapel community, passed away April 10, 2014, in the Fort Sanders Hospital. Funeral services were held April 12, with Bro. Roy Langley officiating.
Margaret Mae Thompson, 55, Crossville, passed away April 7, 2014, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home April 11, with Bro. Terry Swaw officiating.
James Lee Curtis Stepp, 59, was born June 8, 1954, in Crossville, to George and Jessie Stepp and passed away April 9, 2014.
