John A. Burg
April 16, 1968 — July 18, 2007
John Ashley Burg, 39, of Cumberland County, passed away July 18, 2007. Funeral services were conducted July 21 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. Scott White officiating. Interment was in New Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Burg was born April 16, 1968, in Sparta, the son of Bob and Zdenka (Lockwood) Austin.
He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Caitlyn Burg of Crossville; son, Parker Burg of Crossville; mother of his children, Monica Burg of Crossville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Rick Nail of Crossville and Ashlara and Glenn Remsen of Charleston, SC; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Diane Austin, Mike and Wilma Austin, Allen and Darlene Austin and Danny and Mary Austin, all of Crossville; grandmother, Zdenka Lockwood of Crossville; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were David Austin, John Austin, Joe Cline, David Bilbrey, Luther Todd and Chad Austin.
Bilbrey Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
Beverly N. Siegal
Nov. 25, 1935 — July 22, 2007
Beverly Norris Siegal, 71, of Crossville, passed away July 22, 2007. Graveside funeral services were conducted July 23 at the Whittaker Cemetery in Monterey, with Bro. George Long and Bro. Garvan Walls officiating.
Mrs. Siegal was born Nov. 25, 1935, in Harriman, the daughter of Eileen Norris.
Mr. and Mrs. Siegal moved to Crossville in 1990. She was a cosmetologist and had owned and operated Anchor Boat Dock and Marina in Harriman. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Crossville and volunteered at the Cumberland County Playhouse for 14 years. She loved quilting and crafts and square danced in many different states.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Jack Siegal of Crossville; daughters and son-in-law, Darlene Woods of Oak Ridge and Charlene and Bobby Walls of Harriman; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary and Ralph Adkins of Merritt Island, FL and Izella Prater of Oliver Springs; grandchildren, Erin Walls of Wartburg, Amy and husband Joe Tejeda of Harriman, Josh and wife Glo Wood of Oak Ridge, Julie and husband Matt Winstead of Elgin AFB, FL and Jamie and wife Julia Smith of Oliver Springs; great-grandchildren, Caleb Tejeda, Haley Woods, Olivia Chapman, Amelia Chapman and one due in February; and a host of special family and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother.

Tellas C. Wyatt
Nov. 6, 1929 — July 20, 2007
Tellas Clay Wyatt "Junior," 77, of Crossville, passed away July 20, 2007. Funeral services were conducted July 22 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with Bro. Joe Campbell officiating. Interment was in Thomas Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Wyatt was born Nov. 6, 1929, in Cumberland County, the son of Clay and Ova (Lewis) Wyatt.
He worked for the Ford Motor Company and was of the Baptist faith. He served in the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby (Hance) Wyatt of Crossville; sons, Alfred Wyatt and John Wyatt of Ohio; stepdaughter, Edith Roush of Ohio; stepsons, Jim Roush and Ernie Roush of Ohio; sisters, Roxie Cantley of Elyria, OH and Peggy Welch of Crossville; brothers, Donald Wyatt of Crossville, Douglas Wyatt of Knoxville, Carlos Dewey Wyatt of Grandview, Delmer Wyatt and Dennis Wyatt of Crossville; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepson, Kenny Roush; sister, Essie Irene Simmons; and brothers, Charles Wyatt, Dexter Wyatt and Ralph Wyatt.
