Marjorie K. Baltimore
June 9, 2007
Marjorie Kay Baltimore, 53, of Greenville, SC, passed away June 9, 2007, at Hospice House of Upstate, Inc., Anderson, SC. Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 16, at 10 a.m. at the Crossville City Cemetery, with burial to follow. The family will be at the home of Polly Bryant.
Mrs. Baltimore was born in Crossville, the daughter of Polly Bryant and the late William C. Baltimore.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her sister, Jeannie Monson and husband Blake of Summerville, SC; brother, William Baltimore of Greenville, SC; niece, Polly Jo Monson of Chicago, IL; and nephews, Blake Monson of Columbia, SC and Christopher Baltimore of Charlotte, NC.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Tracy Bryant.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cumberland County, 30 E. Adams St., Crossville, TN 38555. Floral tributes may be sent to Bilbrey Funeral Home, Crossville.

Jane A. Broehl
Nov. 14, 1920 — June 7, 2007
Jane Allyn Broehl, 86, of Pleasant Hill, passed away June 7, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 14, in Adshead Hall at Fletcher House in Pleasant Hill.
Mrs. Broehl was born Nov. 14, 1920, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Allen and Esther Bisantz.
She lived in Downers Grove, IL, for 52 years before moving to Pleasant Hill. She was an active member of the Methodist Church, an avid canoeist, and a long-time member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Ruth Margaret and George Granger of Sarasota, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Jean Bisantz of Arroyo Grande, CA; children, Peter A. Broehl and wife Margaret of Sparta, Lawrence M. Broehl and wife Ruth (Tootsie) of Wichita, KS, Kathryn E. Brooks and ex-husband Howard of Duarte, CA and Linda A. Rasmussen and husband Keith of Westmont, IL; grandchildren, Hope Jackson, Lorie Broehl, Lawrence Broehl II, Jodie Broehl, Jon Broehl, Dawn Brooks, Dana Brooks, Douglas Brooks, Debra Brooks and Kimberly Rasmussen; and great-grandchildren, Andria Davis, Abbygail Broehl, Kiera Broehl, Jariah Taylor, Gannon Terry, Alene Terry, Ashlyn Brooks and Ava Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Broehl Jr., and one sister.

Burl A. Tabor
Dec. 9, 1935 — June 6, 2007
Burl Alonzo Tabor, 71, of Geneva, OH, formerly of Crossville, passed away June 6, 2007. Funeral services were conducted June 9 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home, with Bro. Wade Webster officiating. Burial was in Fredonia Cemetery. Full military honors were given.
Mr. Tabor was born Dec. 9, 1935, in Cumberland County, the son of Walter and Lela Brown Tabor.
A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he served during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired plant carpenter, working for True Temper, Saybrook Township, OH, and was a member of the Church of Christ in Ashtabula.
He grew up working in sawmills, loving the trees and nature, so much in fact that he had the wonderful experience of visiting the Redwood Forest. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and had a passion for auto racing, winning several competitions while driving.
He had a great sense of humor and God gave him the courage to keep that laughter throughout his battle. His life was blessed with much love and devotion from the family he loved so deeply and who made him so very proud.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Mary Tabor of Geneva; sons and daughters-in-law, Walter R. and Susan Tabor of Upper Marlboro, MD, Jack L. and Paula Tabor of Sheffield Village, OH and Burl D. and Jennifer Tabor of Raleigh, NC; brother, Johnny Tabor; sisters, Sandra Smith of Crossville, Rhonda Bible of Clarksville and Donna Corley of Lebanon; grandchildren, Joshua R. Tabor and wife Tiffany, Brandice Tabor and Samantha R. Tabor; and great-grandchild, Emma J. Tabor.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Venable Tabor; and sisters, Delores Tabor and Jeanette Ellis.
