Victor Anthony (aka Victor Mecyssne) and The Last Chance Blues Band will kick off the Palace Theatre’s Friday Night Rockin’ Blues concert series on Friday, Aug. 31, at 8 p.m. This born and bred Nashville boy, a Cumberland County Playhouse favorite, is heading north to Canada. This concert may be Anthony’s last chance to perform in Crossville and your last chance to see him perform on the stage of the Palace Theatre for a long time to come.

Anthony will be moving out of the country in September so he has assembled a group of talented musicians to bid everyone a rockin’ blues farewell.

Joining Anthony on guitar will be Bob Deck, who has also performed in many memorable roles at the Playhouse; Dave Thomas and Tony Croce (who perform with the Playhouse orchestra), playing the drums and bass respectively. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime event that should not be missed. Tickets are available for pre-purchase at the Palace Theatre. Get yours now; it may be your last chance.
