A Crossville mom is a finalist for Mamavation Campaign to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Jessica Bolin, Crossville resident and mother of two, is one of six finalists to win a spot as a Mamavation Mom during their seven week bootcamp. Mamavation is an online social media network designed to bring together moms who want to learn to live healthier lives and lose weight.

Bolin first heard of this website through an online chatroom on another mother's blog. She wanted to enter the contest to learn healthier habits for her kids and family.

Bolin said, "Mamavation is a program that doesn't have diet pills or food. It's a way of changing your thinking and your lifestyle. It's moms that understand and it's free."

The mother who started the campaign has lost over 170 lbs by changing her lifestyle and with support from the group.

The bootcamp will consist of a professional nutrition plan and fitness program and each mom will receive a treadmill from Smooth fitness and other assorted fitness equipment. Each mom will have a support group within the Bookie Boo/Mamavation group that will mentor them as they go through the program.

Bolin has set up a website of her own and is going to give away a prize, chosen at random, to someone who votes for her on the Mamavation website. To win, voters must leave a comment on her blog at all-about-the-savings.blogspot.com.

Voters are allowed one vote a day at www.mamavation.com. Bolin's signature is @all-about-savin. The deadline to vote is Monday by 8 p.m. Winners will be announced online via Twitter.
