Coudriet leads Lady Panthers to third place in Region 3AAA cross country meet Thursday

CROSSVILLE — The Stone Memorial cross country teams competed in the Region 3AAA championship Oct. 24 in Dayton.

Hailey Coudriet ran school record 19:39 to place first overall and lead the Lady Panthers to a third-place finish to return to the state meet Nov. 2 in Nashville at Percy Warner Park at 10 a.m.

Caroline Pribanich finished fifth overall with a personal record of 20:37, followed by Kerigan Smith, 22:57 (21st); Rachel Raulerson, 23:07 (23rd); Emily Swafford, 23:17 (24th); Claire Tackett, 23:25 (25th); and Lexi Hinch, 23:41 (27th).

Jordan Schroeder led the Panthers to a fifth-place finish overall with a time of 17.58 for 10th place to qualify for the state as an individual. He will race at 11 a.m.

Other times for the Panthers were Sam Hagan, 18:26 (21st); Dawson Hassler, 18:58 (30th); George Sample, 19.00 (34th); Blu Shillings, 19:33 (42nd); John Mathis, 19:34 (43rd) and Anthony Spencer, 20:00 (53rrd).

In the junior varsity race, Stone was led by Anthony Alegria's 19:59, 15th place. Rounding out the times were Ben Bowman, 20:08; Bailey Davis, 20:30; Chris Brickle, 20:30; Segio Romo, 21:42; Justin Hall, 2205; Skylar Hawn, 22:45; Chandler Reed, 23:19; and Alexandria Anthony, 31:04.

    The 16th annual Golf Capital of Tennessee Women’s Open Championship is set for July 31-Aug. 2 at Stonehenge Golf Club in Crossville. This season marks the 11th anniversary for the event to be hosted in Crossville and the sixth consecutive year that the championship will be at Stonehenge, accoring to the Tennessee Golf Association.
