The North Cumberland Elementary junior varsity basketball teams will be hosting a "pink-out" game Oct. 25 versus Brown. The teams are asking fans to join them in wearing pink in recognition of breast cancer awareness month. The game begins at 6 p.m.
The junior varsity action resumed Monday night with four double-headers — South at North, Martin at Homestead, Crab Orchard at Brown and Stone at Pleasant Hill.

South 41, North 40: Reese Dykes tallied 13 points, while Zach Street and Hogan Herring added 10 points each to lead the Rebel junior varsity over North 41-40.
Jacob Brown, Justin Headrick and Conner Barnwell tallied 13, 12 and 11 points, respectively, for North.
South (41): Davidson 6, Street 10, Herring 10, Dykes 13, Wyatt 2, Reed.
North (40): Magnusson 2, Barnwell 11, VanWinkle 2, Brown 13, Headrick 12, Norris.
South 41, North 28: Gracee Dishman, Kiara Wilson and Addy Wilson tallied 17, 14 and 10 points, respectively, to lead the Lady Rebels over the Lady Patriots.
Emma Capps led North with 13 points.

Martin at Homestead
Homestead 47, Martin 13: Brett Newcome tickled the twine for 21 points to lead Homestead to a 47-13 win over Martin.
Marshall Thomas led Martin with six points.
