Patriot Chopper to be at SMHS


CROSSVILLE — The National Guard’s Custom Patriot Chopper will be at SMHS Panther Field Tuesday, for the opening game of the Stone Memorial High School baseball season. Game time is 5:30 p.m. vs. the Cookeville Cavaliers.  The Patriot Chopper is a collaboration of Orange County Choppers and the Army National Guard.  The design of this custom chopper came from the input of Guardsmen and Paul Teutul Sr. and son Paulie of the TV show Orange County Choppers.  "We are very fortunate to have the Patriot Chopper on display for our home opener," said Lance Kennedy Stone Memorial Athletic Director/Assistant Principal.  A special thanks to the Tennessee National Guard and Sgt. First Class Kevin Bryant, Recruiting and Retention NCO, for his assistance in bring the “Patriot Chopper” to the SMHS home opener. Everyone is invited to come on out and view the chopper and photo opportunities will be available.
