Five K runs are growing in popularity in Cumberland County. There have already been four this year and more are planned. Below is a list of the 5Ks scheduled during the upcoming months.
The first Race to the Plate 5K Run/Fun Walk will be May 11 at 8:30 a.m.

The Miles That Miller 5K and one-mile Walk/Fun Run sponsored by the Avalon Center will be June 8 at 8:30 a.m. Contact Nancy Valentine at (931) 456-0747 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be two 5Ks on June 22. You can run in either or both of these events.
The Run For Clean Water, sponsored by Obed River Water Shed Community Association, is at 9 a.m. Contact June Zettlemeyer at (931) 788-5022 or email email@example.com.
At 10:30 a.m. the same date and location will be the Cumberland Color one-mile run/walk sponsored by Cumberland Medical Center. Contact Robin Abram at (931) 459-7181 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Wellness Express 5K/one mile fun run sponsored by CMC Wellness Express is Sept. 7. Contact Dee Dee Kuenzer at (931) 200-4915.
The Crossville Noon Rotary Club 5K race and one-mile run/fun walk will be Oct. 12. Contact Boyd Brown at (931) 260-0582 or email@example.com.

Registration forms may be picked up at most local gyms and wellness centers within 30 days of race date.
