CROSSVILLE — On Aug. 10, Jake Dailey recorded his fifth hole-in-one on the Par 3, 13th hole at Deer Creek Golf Course. He hit a (Ping s56) seven iron from 169 yards to the front left pin position. The shot was witnessed by Josh Vanwinkle and Roger Rediker. "Having a hole-in-one is always an exciting feat. I could not think of two better buddies to have witness this one; however, I would have loved to have seen my dad's face when he realized that I had tied him in the amount of hole-in-ones we've had! We are tied 5-5. It's an ongoing competition," said Dailey. The SMHS graduate will be attending Cumberland University in the fall.
