Submitted

CROSSVILLE — The 2014 racing season is almost here. Crossville Raceway is a picture-esque one third mile, high banked dirt track that sits atop the Cumberland Plateau in scenic Crossville.

Crossville is the golf capitol of Tennessee, but every Saturday night, April through September, you can hear the thunder of fire-breathing Late Models, Sportsman, Street Stocks, Stock Trucks, Mod-Lites, Dwarfs, Legends, Hornets and Jr. Hornets doing dirt fan friendly racing that is sure to please.

With general admission only $10, kids 6-11 $5, and under 5 free, you are sure to get the most for your entertainment dollar. With a professionally run program, it is non-stop excitement that begins at 6 p.m. and is always completed promptly. Only a few minutes from I-40 on Hwy 70, Crossville Raceway is a convenient stop not to be missed. Come see some of the best short track drivers in the country slingin' 'em sideways every Saturday night at Crossville Raceway.
