The Milligan College baseball team has announced the addition of Nathan Greene to the 2013-'14 signing class. Head Coach Nathan Meade made the announcement. "Nathan is a great kid that comes from a great family," Meade said. "He is a tremendous addition not only to our team, but to our college as well. I am excited to have him join our club and watch him continue to develop as a player in our system." Greene is a 5-foot-10 catcher from Stone Memorial High School in Crossville. In addition to being a baseball standout, he finished in the top 25 of his class for all four years. Nathan is the son of Bobby and Tracie Greene. Exchange Club golf tourney set April 26
The 28th Lake Tansi Exchange Club's benefit golf tournament will be Saturday, April 26, a 1 p.m. at the Lake Tansi Golf Course. The tournament will be a four-person scramble format with a $70 entry fee or $280 per team which includes individual mulligan. The tournament will be flighted at the end of play, with prizes awarded to the top three teams in each flight.
