Stone tennis teams play well vs. Anderson County

— The SMHS Panther tennis teams were both victorious again against district opponent Anderson County. The boys won 6-3 and the girls won 5-4.
Boys are 5-2 in district play and the girls are 3-4 in districts.
Winning singles were #1 (Jr.) John Taylor 8-2, #4 (Fr.) Casey Green 8-6, #5 (Fr.) Levi Nelson 8-0 and #6 (Fr.) Colton McClanahan 8-1
Taking doubles wins were #1 John Taylor & Cody Marsh 8-4, and #3 Casey Green & Levi Nelson 8-2.
Girls singles winners were #2 Paige Pernell 8-2, #3 Cammie Keck 8-1, #4 Layla Franklin 8-6 and #6 Tammara Haggard 8-4.
#2 Paige Pernell & Cammie Keck won their doubles match 8-2.
